AMUSEMENT rides, stalls and a free Dorothy the Dinosaur show are just a few of the attractions at this Sunday's Family Fun Fair in Drummoyne. The charity fair organised by the Touched by Olivia Foundation will be held in Brett Park on Henley Marine Drive from 10am to 4pm. John Perkins from Touched By Olivia said it will be the ''perfect day out'' for local families. ''We've got about a dozen rides, 60 stalls and a full day of entertainment,'' he said. ''There are free kids shows including a Dorothy the Dinosaur show and perform- ances by Jay Laga'aia from Playschool. ''We have something for all kids, from toddlers right up to teenagers.'' Attractions include food stalls, a reptile show, a ventriloquist, a petting zoo and pony rides. The Touched by Olivia Foundation was set up by John Perkins and his wife Justine in 2007 to honour their daughter Olivia, who they lost to a rare illness at just eight months. Since then it has raised $1.2 million for children's playgrounds and the Sydney Children's Hospital. All money raised by the fun fair will go towards the second phase of an all abilities playground at Timbrell Park, Five Dock. Touched by Olivia won the Community Contribution of the Year at the 2008 Inner- West Weekly's True Local Business Awards.
