Decisions made around menopause affect a woman's health for the rest of her life, so knowing how to plan, manage and prevent symptoms is a vital key to sustaining a healthy life. Featuring a holistic health discussion ranging from long-term health effects of oestrogen and progesterone de ciency to learning about the wide variety of strategies and therapies used to enhance health and wellbeing after menopause, this forum is an event for all women concerned about or interested in their changing body.
