These documents outline Council's projects and programs for the next four years as well as our proposed income and expenditure for the next year. They also provide details of all rates and charges that Council is proposing for 2009-10. Our four year Delivery Plan has been generated from what you told us your priorities were in FuturesPlan20. It's an innovative Plan that makes sure we are delivering an engaged, green, healthy, liveable, moving, prosperous and vibrant city. Included in these documents is a proposal for an Infrastructure Renewal Special Rate Variation which will allow Council to fund important maintenance and renewal so we can ensure local infrastructure is well maintained for years to come. I encourage our community to come to an information session where you can speak to Council staff to learn more. Details are available on this page. Council is working on delivering e-communications services to our community and is now taking registrations of interest from residents who would like to receive future rates noti cations via email. This service will be available from July 2009 subject to response. Residents can now also subscribe to receive a number of e-newsletters with information about Council, local events and local business. These draft documents set out Council's vision and goals for the community, under the 20-year framework established in our FuturesPlan20 Strategy. The City of Canada Bay's Access Committee invites people with a disability and their carers, and disability service providers to come and participate in a morning of information sharing, networking and enjoy a delicious morning tea. The focus of this forum will be on disability and transport. There will be representatives from the Ministry of Transport, Council and community organisations who will speak on the topic. The pre-quali ed panel will be maintained for a period of three years with Council's option to extend for a further two years. Consultants may withdraw from the panel giving notice.
