The centre's director Dora Pappas said the children learned about emergencies and how to dial 000 when local paramedics paid them a visit. They also got to play in an interactive ambu- lance which had been specially designed for children. The visit will prepare the children in the event that the centre needs to ring an ambulance. Centre supervisor Rebecca Volmershausen said they had also invited a police officer and a nurse to speak to the children. It's as Un-hard as dropping into your local NRMA Office.
