The boutique offers a distinctive range of children's clothing, footwear, books, gifts, and homewares. The boutique, which opened in June 2007, is also a finalist in the Fashion - Accessories, Fashion - Clothing and, finally, Gift Shop/Specialty Store awards categories. Other finalists in the New Business category are: Renaissance Boutique, Concord; Summer Hill Village Vet, Summer Hill; Rosabelle's, Drummoyne; The Newington Cafe, Silverwater, and Me Tang Eating House, Five Dock. Gift Shop/Specialty Store AMONG the finalists in the Gift Shop/Specialty Store category is the Scottish Accessories Shoppe in Croydon. The small business stocks genuine Scottish and Irish tartan products. Owners Stephen and Ann Brine (pictured) have operated the shop for five years of its 12-year history. ''We have a very loyal following locally and people know they can easily find a special gift here which is beautiful, of good quality, and value for money,'' Mrs Brine says. The shop is also a finalist in the Fashion - Accessories awards category. Other finalists in the Gift Shop/Specialty Store category are: Balcony Living, Concord; Wareemba Newsagency, Wareemba, and My Messy Room, Summer Hill. Motor Vehicle Dealer WITH more than 50 years' combined experience in the motor industry, the professional family team at Phil Gilbert Toyota, Lidcombe, has garnered a nomination in the Motor Vehicle Dealer category. It is a testament to the Gilbert family's singular focus on genuine, friendly customer service that customers are motivated to nominate the business for the award. Customer relations manager Simone Gilbert said: ''Our ultimate goal is to do everything possible to ensure our customers are feeling very satisfied with their purchase or maintenance and service.''
